How to Make Vegan Butter

Are you lactose intolerant and annoyed at the rising price of butter? Well, I was tired of going to the store for butter so many times that I recently noticed the cost had risen yet again. It's time to figure this out myself. I don't know what I am going to do about eggs, though. 

I looked up a recipe and I like it! I've made 3 different variations as of January 2025. I like the combination of coconut oil, sunflower oil, and soy milk. I will continue experimenting and see what else I like. Olive oil spits too much when in a hot pan. But typically it's fine when freshly made but not a few days later. 

Let me know if you tried this and what variation you like! I'd love to see what you come up with. You can choose whatever oil and milk combo you want. Coconut oil and salt are must-haves though.
