E is for Eclair!

Have you eaten one before? It's been ages since I have! It's one of those fluffy pastries that almost every human being loves. Unfortunately, most bakeries don't sell gluten-free and dairy-free versions. I guess I have to add another dessert to my list of things to learn how to make myself!

Being lactose intolerant and gluten-free is a challenge! Not everything that is gluten-free is also dairy-free. I have to remind myself to look at the allergens list on the back of boxes and bottles. Did you know that a lot of salad dressings have gluten in them!?!!? I learned the hard way.

What other desserts can you come up with that start with E? This was a hard one for me! Email me at [email protected]

BTW: No one signs E with all of the fingers close together. Yes, it's the "proper" way but honestly, don't strain yourself. Put some space between your thumb and the rest of your fingers. As long as it doesn't look like a C, you're good ;)
