Have you ever had zucchini bread?
I remember the first time I tried it by accident. I didn't realize what it was. I was excited when I found out who made it and asked her for the recipe. When I saw the words on her lips, "zucchini bread," I was stunned! I couldn't believe the deliciousness I had just crammed into my mouth for the last 10 minutes had a vegetable in it!
A couple of weeks later, I made my zucchini bread for the first time, and let me tell you, it was the first of many.
