New York Cheesecake!!! I miss it so much! Ever since I became dairy-free, I haven't really enjoyed cheesecake. I did make one once with my mom right before New Year's. It's a tradition to make cheesecake together. It didn't bake right. It started out as 3 inches high and then when finished baking, it was barely an inch high. It tasted good but it didn't look great.
I also need to find a recipe that doesn't use nuts since I am not a fan and my dad is allergic.
