Meringue.
I think I spelled it wrong when I fingerspelled it. OH WELL!
Do you like meringue on top of you lemon pie or key lime pie? I am not a huge fan of eating it nor making it. I will admit, it looks cool which is why it is found on top of many special pies. However, I have always been a plain pie eater. I will eat pumpkin, sweet potato or coconut pie any day!
Meringue takes a bit of finesse since when you make it, you can easily mess up if you're not careful. Then it won't look pretty. It will instead be a big blob of white stuff. The key is to whip it up fast using egg whites. If you have even a hint of egg yolk = BAD!
I am picky when it comes to eggs too. If a recipe says to separate eggs or use 2 whole eggs and 1 egg yolk... I'm out. What do I do with the remaining egg white?! I do make scrambled eggs on weekends pretty often but....I just find it annoying! That's just me.
Side note on signing the letter M, your thumb needs to be next to your pinky. If it's anywhere else, it becomes a different letter - just FYI. If your thumb barely makes it to the pinky - that's okay. You can always hold your other fingers out. That's one of the reasons why there are two options.
