L is for...

LEMON!

Two of my favorite things in this word are: lemonade and lemon desserts! Especially when paired with another fruit like blackberry or blueberry. Yummmness all around!

Anytime I go to a restaurant, I order lemonade. I should probably tone it down only because of how much sugar is in those but they are so delicious. One of my favorite lemonades is found at Black Bear Diner. Their Huckleberry Lemonade....DELICIOSO! 

Last summer, I made lavender lemonade for the first time. Surprisingly easy. I will have to make a bigger batch next time. All you need is sugar, lemons, water and lavender flowers. I did have to squeeze about six lemons to get a pitcher's worth. But that's why man invented the citrus squeezer. Can't live without it!
